- Application Type
- The subject matter is free, and the paintings are eligible.
- Exhibition Method
- There will be two ways to exhibit: online at our website, or in person at the pedestrian deck, PRCP&WACP Joint Congress 2025 Tokyo and two other venues. You can choose either one or both of them as you wish.
- How to apply
- Please send scanned or photographed data (PDF or JPEG, up to 30MB) of your entry via the application form.
The following high-resolution data is required for realistic exhibits.
For JPEG data: 90cm x 90cm, 240dpi or higher
For PDF data: 90cm x 90cm, 300dpi or higher - Application Deadline
- Must arrive no later than Friday, July 25, 2025

- The copyright of the artwork belongs to the applicant. However, the organizer is free to use the works for photography, publication on the organizer's website, display at the PRCP&WACP Joint Congress 2025 Tokyo, and display on the pedestrian deck from Hamamatsucho to the pier. The organizers reserve the right to use the exhibition space at any time.
- Personal information
- Personal information will be handled strictly. If you wish to use a pen name for the exhibition, publication, or display of your work, please indicate so in the e-mail you send.
- Screening
- Basically, we will do our best to display as many of your entries as possible, but since space is limited in the real exhibition hall, we may close the exhibition when we reach a certain number of entries.
- Request for your cooperation in our research
- We are asking people with mental health issues to submit artwork for the purpose of researching the significance of art for mental health issues, presenting this research at academic conferences and in academic journals, and deepening our understanding of art. The artworks we are looking for are
1) Pictures that express how you feel in your daily life.
2) Pictures that express how you felt when you completed the picture.
The above 1) and 2). Your name, such as a pen name, is fine, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could include your age, gender, and if possible, your diagnosis (not required). It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide us with the following information.
